What does OMT do?

OMT is to encourage them to continue the discussions, help them to publish what they are doing, link them to like minded members, provide materials and new ideas from other sources, and so on.

1. OMT provides workspaces, workshops, and access to different sources.

2. OMT entourages maximum utilization, sharing, and collaboration.

3. OMT doesn’t “invent” new things but gathers existing ideas and materials with the permission of the original author or producer.

4. OMT publishes what are available to attract like minded members both Marga and non-Marga to utilize and to improve the materials.

5. OMT doesn’t owe the materials nor it is the producer.

6. OMT doesn’t give any warranty or take responsibility of the gathered materials but provides the names of the source, date, place, and authenticity.

7. OMT materials anyone is free to use, edit and modify with specific conditions:

not to remove or change the original names of the source.
if a person edit or modify he/she must describe the nature, date, and name of person.
useful improvements must either be informed to the names of source or OMT.

To start with trust building and gathering information about what is Ananda Marga, AMPS and what needed locally and globally. An open “workshops” where like minded Marga members can discuss and do practical things helpful where they feel is needed. Also a central place where everyone can openly observe what’re happening and hopefully get inspired to join.

What, How, and Who?

Intense discussion on mailing lists what come first Who or What and How.

I continue stressing the WHO point because in my view the WHAT has little, if any, importance at this stage. At this stage we should only be concerned with the WHO.
From the periphery the solution proposals are for the WHOs to look into the WHAT and HOW very strictly to prevent further problems in the future.
I stick to the need of change of old patterns, the change of the way we work, the change from WHO is right to WHAT is right; implementing mission is not a matter of WHO is right but rather WHAT is right and HOW it should be done.
