<div id="_mcePaste">2. OMT entourages maximum utilization, sharing, and collaboration.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">3. OMT doesn&#8217;t &#8220;invent&#8221; new things but gathers existing ideas and materials with the permission of the original author or producer.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">4. OMT publishes what are available to attract like minded members both Marga and non-Marga to utilize and to improve the materials.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">5. OMT doesn&#8217;t owe the materials nor it is the producer.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">6. OMT doesn&#8217;t give any warranty or take responsibility of the gathered materials but provides the names of the source, date, place, and authenticity.</div>

<li>not to remove or change the original names of the source.</li>
<li> if a person edit or modify he/she must describe the nature, date, and name of person.</li>

<li>From the periphery the solution proposals are for the WHOs to look into the WHAT and HOW very strictly to prevent further problems in the future.</li>
<li>I stick to the need of change of old patterns, the change of the way we work, the change from WHO is right to WHAT is right; implementing mission is not a matter of WHO is right but rather WHAT is right and HOW it should be done.</li>
